S-¿Como fueron tus comienzos musicales?

P- Empecé a hacer música en 2010 con un rapero llamado Teezy Reino Unido. Me uní a su colectivo musical conocido como «PUK». Comenzamos sacando vídeos en youtube, donde se construyó una aceptación  en los últimos años. Solté mi primer vídeo musical en solitario titulado ‘Rip Dragons’ en febrero de 2012 y tengo un montón de reconocimiento de el mismo.

S-¿Por que el nombre de Paigey Cakey?

P-Hay dos historias de por qué mi nombre es Paigey Cakey. Mi verdadero nombre es Paige. Paigey Cakey me fue dado  por un amigo que solía cantar ‘Baby Cakes’  en clase de primaria. Mis amigos mezclaron  de la canción y decir ‘Cakes Paigey. ‘Cake’ es también jerga  para el dinero, así que llamaron ‘Cakey » por  tener siempre las últimas sneakers

S-¿Por que países has viajado?

P-He viajado por Europa en Francia, Austria, Turquía, Milán, Suecia y muchos más lugares. También he actuado en todo el Reino Unido y apoyado Lady  Leshurr, Vincekidd, Azealia Banks y Tinchy Stryder.

S-¿Cual son tus marcas favoritas de sneakers?

P-Me encanta Nike y Jordan. Mi pareja favorita es mi Jordan VI

S-¿Cual son los estilos musicales que mas te gustan?

P- Crecí escuchando principalmente al hip-hop y garage debido a mis padres. Me              encantan todos los estilos de música de reggae, dancehall, drum & andRap base.

S-¿Que te gustaría hacer en el futuro?

P-ME gustaría crear mi propio sello discográfico y tener un álbum en las tiendas. También      me encantaría tener mi propia gira alrededor  del mundo.

  S-Musically how did you get started?

   P-I began making music in 2010 with a UK rapper named Teezy. I joined his music collective known as ‘PUK’. We began putting out videos on youtube where we built a small buzz over the years. I released my first solo music video titled ‘Rip Dragons’ in February 2012 and got a lot of recognition from it.

  S-Why Paigey Cakey?

 P-Theres two stories to why my name is Paigey Cakey. My real name is Paige. Paigey Cakey was given to me from a friend who used to sing ‘Baby Cakes’ by 3 Of A Kind. My friends would remix the song and say ‘Paigey Cakes’. ‘Cake’ is also slang for money in London so i was called ‘Cakey’ for always having the latest trainers on.

 S- Where have you toured? 

 P-I have toured around Europe in France, Austria, Turkey, Milan, Sweden and many more places. I have also performed around the UK and supported Lady Leshurr, Vincekidd, Azealia Banks and Tinchy Stryder.

 S-Which are your favorite brands?and sneakers?

 P- I love Nikes and Jordans. My favourite pair is my Jordan 6’s

 S-That musical styles do yo lke most?

 P- I grew up mainly listening to hip-hop and garage due to my parents. I love all music styles from reggae, dancehall, drum & base andRap.

 

 S- What would you like to do in the future?

 P- I’ll like to create my own record label and have an album out in stores. Also I’d love to have my own tour performing around the the world.
